Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At Prevagen-Direct.com, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Because our products are personal care items, we have specific requirements for returns to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. The "Safety Seal" Requirement
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and with the original factory seal intact.

If a product has been opened, pumped, or applied, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
2. Return Window
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return for an unopened product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly Final Sale:

Opened boxes/bottles.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged (e.g., open box, with broken cap), please contact us at iamnathanjasper@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Return

Securely pack the unopened item to prevent breakage during transit.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days, once received.
