Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM PST Monday thru Saturday will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Use a clear table to show customers their options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free — Estimated [3–5] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: $12.00 — Estimated [1–2] business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on ALL ORDERS.

3. How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your product arrives damaged (leaking, broken glass, smashed boxes), please email us at iamnathanjasper@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
